Gelly Roll Pens (new obsession, friends. if you like inky pens, you need to get these), bright colored jeans + all things bright colored are my fave this week. I thought I’d snap a quick picture. There is just something about grouping things together that makes me happy.
This week I’ve been busy working on project + all things designy. I have to say, I always welcome the weekend with open arms. Don’t you? Waking up a wee bit later. Lingering with your coffee in hand. Taking walks. Going out to eat which = ‘s no cooking (win / win). These are all good and simple things.
Ok, but what I really want to tell you about is a new series I’m starting this Monday, called Monday Mess. I’m going to be featuring messes. Yes, you’ve heard me right. I want to explore the idea of a beautiful mess and a lived in home. I’m not going to be showcasing someones entire dirty room but rather corners, desks, counters, sections and so on that may be a bit cluttered, with life, that is. Not only will it be a fun visual but it will also be a lively conversation on how we all live, organization styles (including tips + tricks) and interesting ideas. I think it will all get us thinking outside of the box a bit. So be sure to stop back on Monday for a little mess. If anything it give you a little boost on a Monday.
